I thought I had everything on the blog figured out but I guess not. Mr. Schick said he still didn't have mine but I really think he does and is reading this right now. Today in class we reviewed how to work the blogs a little more then we got back into talking about "A Message to Garcia." A man named Rowen was sent to deliver a message to an important contribution to the Spanish American War, Garcia. It emphasized on how Rowen asked no questions as to where Garcia was or how to get to where he was, he just did it with no complaints. It was interesting to see how lazy people are these days and what many were back then. It seems that present day people would say that they can't do it without any information which in a way is saying "I'm too lazy to explore and/or ask people for help." We also talked a little about Elbert Hubbard and how people in the USA do not vote nearly as much as people in other countries. It was an interesting day and I am excited to learn more.
